Do need to print my entry ticket before arrival?

Nope - there's no need to print your entry ticket, we can scan the QR code straight from your phone! Printed tickets are however also accepted.

Who needs an entry ticket to enter the Grand Pier?

Anyone over 80cm requires an entry ticket - but it's just £1 per person.

Is my entry ticket transferable to a different day?

Entry tickets are valid for the day of purchase only. If you need to make an amendment to you booking, please drop us an email info@grandpier.co.uk

All visitors in your group must arrive and enter the pier at the same time. Tickets can only be scanned once.
